About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant/Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the business, as well as providing administrative support to the team.

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing email correspondence, and handling phone calls.
Put processes in place to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
Identify opportunities for automation and work with the team to implement new tools and processes.
Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
Manage relationships with external vendors and customers, ensuring that all communication is professional and timely.

Requirements

Pushy and Fast Paced, you value getting work done and making sure team members, bosses, customers all complete whats needed, ahead of time.


Well organized, you'll put processes in place and search for opportunities for efficiency.


You may not know about automation but are willing to learn and experiment


Curious, you ask questions and confirm. You also work iteratively, able to quickly submit a draft for feedback and improve.
